THE SOCIAL MEDIA INTENSIVE
A 6 week consulting program for your social media
At the beginning of the program you’ll receive a style guide with tips and tricks on how to create the highest quality and best performing content
Then, we'll meet once a week for six weeks. Meetings takes place via video call and are a time for us to brainstorm, problem solve, and answer questions.
Each week I'll watch up to 10 pieces of content and give you feedback on each one via a Google Doc. I'll email you homework for the next week, along with your stats.
Monthly, I'll send out a newsletter with platform updates, trending content ideas, and any new tips and tricks I've discovered. You'll get access to this forever with your purchase.
What if I don't have enough time?
There are so many types of content to create, some taking under a minute. On average, past intensive students. report spending 5 hours per week on content creation.
At the end of our 6 weeks, we’ll have a 1:1 individual call to discuss your time in the intensive and create an ongoing strategy and plan. I’m mindful of what works with your schedule.

I’m Emily! Chronically online Instagram girl and therapist. I grew my entire therapy practice off of social media referrals and to this day it’s my main referral source. I’ve created a digital product that’s brought in over $100,000. I’ve done social media ads and influencer deals since 2020. With a background in photography, passion for aesthetics, love for writing, and obsession with creating, I’m ready to help you level up your social media and start actually getting clients, sales, ads, or even just views!
With a Tiktok at 175k, an Instagram account at 125k, and a spam account I’ve posted on less than 10 times and already gone viral with over 8 million views, trust me. I know my stuff. But don’t get intimidated into thinking you need a lot of followers to have a successful business. I was doing hundreds of dollars in social media ads with 10k followers and had filled my practice before that. I know personally of two therapists with waitlists and accounts under 10k.
